Epic, feature and initiative layouts allow you to require certain inputs when these records are created in the platform. But if they are promoted from an ideas, portal, individuals are able to bypass the completion of these 'required' fields.

Provide the ability to choose where custom tables are displayed in the navigation
The navigation change implemented on 03/13/23 resulted in users having to access custom tables via the workspace settings. It would be great if we had the ability to move this back to the previous location of the Notebook tab (previously 'info').

Who would benefit? Every admin updating the workspace templates. What impact would it make? Reduce the time to set up automations. How should it work? Same as the automation works in any workspace, you can duplicate a rule and move to other places.
