Repeated milestones can be added to release Gantt chart

We have a need to add the same milestone to a release multiple times without creating a new milestone, so that it's shown in the same swim lane (illustrated by the red dots in the attachment)

Please include folder structure in notes section under develop

Please include folder option on the notes section under develop. This will help to organize the notes based on category. Also, would provide a structure when accessing them at a later time.

Be able to collapse "Parking Lot" on Story Map
