'Download original' btn should activate download (not open in new tab)

When users are viewing attachments and click on the 'Download Org' btn, it opens the attachment in a new tab where the user then has to save it to their computer. We should just auto download the attachment when they click this btn.

Removing account link from an idea in Aha! should remove the link on the account in Salesforce

Using the Salesforce integration, if you remove the request on the Idea page (by clicking on the bin icon) and go to the related account in Salesforce, the request is still listed there. Ideally this would update Salesforce dynamically.
