It would be great to be able to attach To-Dos to records in custom tables. We use custom tables for many business processes and it help to tract To-Dos. In some cases, the ability to link to specific Release Phases would also solve the problem.

Ability to copy names used to assign a To-Do/Watcher
For many To-Dos, or items that need watchers I assign different lists of people. Currently I do not have a way to copy the list of names to the clipboard and then paste to subsequent features or to dos.

When assigning To-Dos to someone, it'd be useful to know how much time they're spending on it, rather than just Done/Not Done. That could be rolled into the feature/requirement/etc's time estimates, too.
This would need to be enterable by Reviewers.
