If I have a release, that starts out a higher level, then gets broken into smaller phases at a later time, (or if a release simply gets too large), I can create another release and move the phases between the two.

I'm trying to move phases, milestones, tasks, to other objects and can't seem to - a phase/milestone for example should be movable to another release!

Future consideration
This would be helpful for me for Milestones. I work on feature across several releases and put them behind a Feature Flag. I need a way to show which release they will go out in and like how the Milestones show up on Gaant reports.
This would be very helpful for our business as well. As release scope changes (inevitable in an agile environment), we need to be able to shift the corresponding release phases. Today, I am having to manually delete and recreate release phases.
This would be great. When things change, it often means the easiest thing to do is create a new release in between other planned releases. This means that fixed milestones also tend to move to the new release. It would be great if we could drag and drop phases between releases on the releases overview.
