Hi Gavin, these fields need to be added to an Ideas portal custom field layout. Once you have setup the custom field layout, the fields will be displayed when viewing a specific idea in the portal. One thing to note is that the fields will only be displayed if they have a value. This article provides more guidance on adding custom fields for ideas.
I see this is 'shipped' but don't see how to do this. Can someone provide information on how to display a custom field as non-editable in the portal(s)?
I know that I can reply to the person using comments as an update to their idea but would like to update them with a standard set of fields that they can review.
Allow Custom fields to be displayed but not selected by Ideas portal users

We would like to display product release version in the ideas portal, presently we use a custom view for this. However if we make this visible to public users it will allow them to select this when they raise a new idea which we don't want.

This is a repeat of an idea, but i am having trouble seeing how this has been provided. I expect this will be merged with the shipped idea, but hopefully with a comment as to how this is done.
