Default "New User" permissions

If a user logs in using the Google authentication for the first time, what will he/she be. Product Owner? Reviewer? Or something else. How can an admin setup the default role for new users. It will be great if this feature can be provided to admins. Thanks

    When a user logs in via Google authentication (or from email), they are given the role which was initially provided to them when they were invited to the system. When inviting a new user, you have the ability to specify the exact roles and permissions for this user.
