Appreciate this can be achieved via SSO but it would be a great admin feature to have on the AHA side of the interface. As an admin i would like to be able to set a default permission for product & role rather than have to dialogue with our IT support desks.
For us the simple use case is to ensure all users have view only visibility across all projects (by far the most common need across the business) - we have c.30 power users, c.50 reviewers and 1200 view only users.
We work with a few other software vendors and they have setup screens that allow you to enter a Product Group and Product Role in their tool so it can be used for self-provisioning.
Use Case would be that for all SSO new users that admin could assign a default product prefix and role. Password new users would be excluded from this and default would remain at zero with manual permissions and role.
