Auto-sync of sprint field between JIRA and Aha
We implemented the sprint field mapping and have found that the sync isn't quite automatic.
When we rename a sprint in JIRA - that shows up as a new sprint value along with the old one.
This happens a lot and currently we run into a lot of confusion on what to pick in JIRA, and sometimes wrong sprints getting created in JIRA b/c of what is in Aha.
Currently we have to go edit the sprint value options and that is also not easy to do. The list is not sorted so it's very hard to find things in the list. Attempting to replace a sprint is also very difficult in finding the value to replace with. There's no bulk edit/replace option either.
We're having the same issue and it's causing a lot of confusion and unnecessary data in Aha. We tentatively plan a few sprints out with a placeholder name which is what originally comes over into Aha. But the field never seems to update once the Sprint name is changed in Jira.
We have the same issue. Also the sprint names are combined if there is more than one.
