Bulk Edit "Select all" Should only select visible features

The bulk edit feature allows user to select all, however that only seems to allow a user to select either a feature one-by-one, or all features in the project - with no intermediate, such as....all features currently shown on the page. 

As a user, I want to be able to select all features currently shown on the page to edit that group of 50. A second option would be to edit all features in the product line. I understand you can use the filter mechanism to get to an "all", but sometimes its just easier to select all visible features without considering what combination of correct filters gets you the same list. It's intuitive that the "select all" checkmark at the header level would just select all visible features...where a separate button could select all features in the product.
