Ability to remove the title slide from a notebook

I sometimes use notebooks to get a particular view into a PDF, with customisations (such as adding a header section with company logo). At the moment the PDF always contains a the title slide, which means I have to then open up that PDF and print it to PDF, missing out the first page. It would be great to have an option to simply remove/disable the title slide so I can use the PDF output from Aha! directly.
