Add Name for Slide in Notebook
It would be really nice if you could title slides so that the names were visible in the TOC when viewing the Notebook in a webpage. In the attached screenshot, you can see my list of 10 slides, but it would be easier to navigate if it read something like:
- Slide 1 - Title Slide
- Slide 2 - Introduction
- Slide 3 - Roadmap by Goal
You can sort of get this by 'Enabling the Slide Header' on each slide, but sometimes you really don't want that on the slide in its default position.

We need the ability to enable slide headers for notebooks for the table of contents section only.

This is definitely a challenge for our team as we don't want to use the header on some slides and when we use the header we don't always want the header to have the same text as the table of contents link. It would be super nice for these to be configurable and separated from Slide headers.
