Add the ability to turn off "favicon" notifications

First, I really love the notifications feature. There is just one thing that I wish I could turn off for when I'm presenting or heads down working.

As a user, I'd like to be able to turn off the favicon updates. This includes the orange dot as well as the (1) or (18) number that dynamically updates.

There are two primary uses cases that I think this benefits:

• As a user of Aha! I have many Aha! windows open. While the orange dot on the main nav is easy to see without being too obtrusive, having many windows update with orange dots is distracting.

• As a user of Aha! who uses presentations, it is important that my viewers are focused on my presentation and the content in the slides. I have found myself keeping a secondary window open to quickly clear notifications that come up while presenting. You could imagine a clear tab bar changing to orange in the middle of a presentation. It is distracting for the presenter as well as the audience.
