When importing users, the system WILL import new users and List users it cannot import.

May I suggest that when importing, the system WILL import new users and simply spit out a list of users it cannot import?
That would be a time saver. Currently it simply halts with references to rows it cannot import.

      Oh please, this would be so helpful as I have to import users from another system that we can not integrate with AHA so I have to export.  VLook Up and pray.   I always end up having to start over at least three times or my day would not be normal.  This type of change would a tremendous time saver.

    Import non existing users by CSV

    The current import tool fails if it finds an email of an existing account inside the CSV. Would be great if it just imports accounts for emails that aren't already used.
