Import users to Product Line

Provide import functionality at the Product Line level.  Currently only option is to import users to Products.

    Thank you for your idea. While the Import from CSV option only shows up in product settings, users are actually imported into the account. Permissions can be assigned at the product line or product level when users are imported.
