Automatic Score Card updates

Using custom score cards I would like the ability to automatically update all Master Features/Features using the score custom scorecard if I change the math/formula for how the score is calculated. 

Scenario...  Custom score card has indices that relate to business goals and objectives that change over time.  As strategic goals change so might the corresponding "Multipliers" being used in the score card logic.  The moment the score card logic is changed, then all of the master feature/feature scores become obsolete and must be manually refreshed one by one.
