Fully support multiple tabs open with reports

There appear to be a number of issues when opening multiple reports at the same time in tabs, which is a very regular use case for switching back and forth between multiple reports to understand what's going on, do comparisons, talk about and filter different views of data in a meeting, etc.

With new users in our company onboarding to Aha, this is an often discussed pain point that first scares people who think they've lost information or accidentally re-write/overwrite a report due to the current bugs in the implementation.
