Ability to set default settings to workflow on capture screen

At the moment you can only set the default settings for a workflow from the summary view.

It would be a smoother user experience to allow me to set these up in the capture screen for the workflow as well.

Use case:

I want to create a new workflow and make that the default for all products. Currently, have to create new workflow, close screen, open a new screen to set the defaults. Would be smoother to set the default settings at the time of creating the workflow rather than having to close the screen and open another one.
