Categorized Table of Contents for presentations

As presentations get larger and larger it is difficult to use the standard table of contents since it is a list of all pages. If it could be broken out by category, a user would know that the presentation is moving from overview to personas to reports to competitors. This would also clean up the naming of each page since concatenating the product with the category it comes from means the important text is often not shown on the screen.
