Create links to pages in presentations not tied to page numbers

I maintain a presentation for our project that has around 20 pages.  Many people save links to specific pages that they are interested in.  These links include "?page=X" in them, so it is really just a page number bookmarked within the presentation.  I'd like to be able to reorganize the notebook as the project evolves, including adding new pages, removing no longer relevant pages, and reordering pages.  But if I do this, I break everyone's saved bookmarks.  Then I hear from Marketing, "Why doesn't this report work anymore?  It is showing me XX instead."  Then I have to explain that it is three pages back now and step them through updating their bookmark.

It would be great if there was a way to obtain a URL that is fixed to a page in the presentation regardless of where it exists within the presentation.  Then they can save or I can send them just that URL for them to bookmark and then I can update the presentation to my heart's desire.
