Enhance Table of Contents to have collapsable levels

We are an ISV with hundreds of products, and we have started using Notes to centralize roadmaps for everyone in the company to view. We broke them down first by separating pages for Business Units, but even with each BU, we have many products, and this makes the Table of Contents get really long.

I get to the point where I have more than a page full of TOC.. and it would be nice to collapse sections of it that I don't need to look at right now.

I can break this one page into several child notes... but I wanted to avoid that in this situation.
