Automation On Edit Only

It would be really handy to have an automation that allows us to trigger only when an idea is edited to a specific value, not when it is created. It would also be helpful if we could use more attributes for automation (after a certain amount of time or on a specific date each month for example).

Our use case is that we'd like to create a rule that bubbles up an idea to be evaluated when its score drops to below a certain threshold, but it's based on a value that will be entered later by the field. Because the threshold is too low on create, the automation will fire automatically every time.

We don't want to put fake values in the Aha! score for obvious reasons.
