Allow Portal Users to Control the Number of Ideas Displayed Per Screen

Add a drop down selector that allows each portal user to control the number of ideas that are displayed on each screen in the Ideas Portal. The system should remember the last option selected by the user for the active session.

      The current ten ideas per page isn't much, and I've had a lot of gripes from our Ideas portal users.  It would be great to see more than ten items per page, even if that's fixed and users do not have the flexibility to control it.  Another option is to make each item smaller so that one can review each of the 10 items more quickly.  Thanks.
