Enable User to Search personal activity history

System records and makes available each user's activity history that includes most everything they do.  The information however, is available only in a series of display screens -- perhaps numbering in the dozens.  While it may be easy to find something from the recent past or if you know when the change was made, it is near impossible to otherwise find something from the past.  Perhaps you want to be reminded when a feature was deleted and just as importantly, be reminded what else was going on at the same time.  (For example, deleted Feature 25 and replaced it with Features 40 and 41.)
