Display the history of a milestone

A milestone moved.  I want to know who moved it and when (so that I can go ask them why!)  Would be nice to add "history" to the Action dropdown menu.

      By going to the Releases -> Detail page, you can click on the History option from the Actions dropdown. This will show you the full history behind all changes from your release.

      This would be GREAT to show delays, how many there were, when they took place, and how long each delay was.
