make item history filterable
as a user, I want to be able to view item history... when item history is long and cluttered, it would be helpful to see just a subset of events in the history log... when I am trying to find a particular event.
e.g. Filter to exclude API/integration updates
Filter to show only operations on the feature (don't clutter my view with requirements status under the feature)

Filter history by even type
It would be great to be able to filter the history view by event type, for example "show only status changes". - On that note, knowing *who* made the status change would also be useful (currently just shows as "Aha! edited requirement"): Wednesday...

Future consideration
We have added a Worksheet to our Initiatives and now whenever we either update the formulas in the Worksheet field or if the calculation in the Worksheet gets updated (e.g., if child Epics or Stories are updated), the History tab for the Initiative gets a long entry - which makes it tough to see History updates where a user really changed a field on the record.
Would be great to have a way to more easily find History entries that an actual user made vs. these sorts of Worksheet updates. Thanks!
I'd like to search by changes to: Epics, Stories, Releases, Goals, etc. Also looking for what changed would be great specifically 'Release changed.'
