Filter goals for subreleases by master release

We have to select the goals on each sub-release but we want them to be filtered by the list on the master release

    Thank you for your idea. Currently we allow linking sub-releases to any goal to provide for greater flexibility.

    Given historical support for this idea and other priorities, we are unlikely to implement this idea at this time. We hope you can understand.
