Allow for more granular/decimal precision on scores

Merged

The current results from scorecards round to the nearest whole number. Often I may have raw scores that are, for example, 7.2 and 7.8. Both scorecard results round to 8 in Aha. I need to be able to rank ideas/features at a more granular level.
