Please allow score cards to be calculated to a decimal as WSJF scoring requires this. From @Andrew Scott

For CTM we added custom fields to log a decimal score in both the features and master features/epics...and then created a custom WSJF score card. If score cards went to the decimal, we could have just used the score card.

Allow for more granular/decimal precision on scores

The current results from scorecards round to the nearest whole number. Often I may have raw scores that are, for example, 7.2 and 7.8. Both scorecard results round to 8 in Aha. I need to be able to rank ideas/features at a more granular level.
