Ability to Type values into scorecard instead of using the slider bar

When using scorecards as a custom field with many options, it's sometimes cumbersome to get the value that you want (currently using it for more granular estimates).

If we could type in a value to automatically set the slider, that would make setting scorecard values much easier.
