Allow Reviewers to complete Aha! scorecards Merged

I would like to use the custom scorecard feature to allow for a weighting and ranking assessment that my Reviewers/Assigned Owners can complete. Example, a new Idea is created and as the Product Owner I want a teammate to investigate further the viability of the Idea. After due diligence, I want the Reviewer to complete the Aha! scorecard sliders to represent the level of effort/impact that they determined. I want that Aha! score to be captured by their findings, and not have to duplicate or transfer over the details for all of the scoring items.
