Add default value for fields on scorecards

Many score cards include negative values, so all unevaluated ideas end up having a negative score until they are addressed. It would be awesome if you could set a field's range from -3 to 3, but have the default value of that field be 0.

Could really do with this as we have a number of complex scorecards which don't work well at default values.
We need it urgent. Any timeline when it can be delivered?
