When a user builds a Report, quite often they use various filters and subsets of data from their portfolio of Product Lines/Products.
Solution - Please add a Description field to the Report screen so that the builder of the Report can make editorial notes, advise the consumer of the Report as to what they are looking at, why the Report was created, How it is to be used, etc. This optional field, once created should be visible when looking at the Report, including when the given Report is included into a Notebook.
