Allow filtering on idea descriptions
It is currently possible to filter on custom field notes but not the idea description in list view reports. This may hold true on other reports as well. Please add support for filtering on idea descriptions as well.

We would like to filter by description to comb for key words and add tags and categories accordingly. Thanks!
We would like to filter content in the description and comments to ensure we catch all the permutations of an idea. Just matching in the name is currently not good enough.
Idea description column can be added to the reports, but not used as a filter - as a result it's hard to search through ideas and filter for those containing specific keywords or themes that don't have their own tags yet. Right now, I have to go to the user-facing Ideas Portal and use the search there, or export data to csv to search & filter through ideas descriptions.
Being able to search in the global search for proxy vote descriptions in addition to comments would give a fuller picture of customer feedbacks
