'Replace' button for custom tags

Right now custom tag field only support renaming and deleting tags. You cannot replace a tag with another one, so essentially you are unable to merge tags. In contrast, 'OOB' tag field supports this capability.

    The status of this idea was out of date. Now when managing the choices for custom predefined tags fields, you have the option to replace a tag with another in the list.
