Clear filter values for Initiative start and end date
On a report, I can filter by Initiative start and end date. Great. But if I want to clear the filter to show all dates, I can't get back to the initial state. Instead, I have to remove the filter and re-add the column to be filterable. I do that about 20 times a day as we work across product lines and product managers to craft the roadmap for our stakeholders. This would be a real benefit to the user experience.

The best way to handle this is to make use of Saved views.
You can create separate saved views with and without dates for easy access to both. This would give you one-click access to the information you are looking for.
