Be able to filter on archived timeframes

Today when a timeframe is archived, it no longer appears as an option when adding a filter on a timeframe. It is possible to report on archived goals and initiatives using a filter to show archived records, but it makes it difficult to report on these archived records in a group without being able to filter by an archived timeframe.

For some users, they want to archive their timeframe as they start the new year of planning, but they still need their previous year's reporting available. Supporting filtering on an archived timeframe means I do not need to break my reports on last year's timeframe to archive the inactive timeframe.
