Justification:
Many of the objects have comment fields, but not the persona and competitor objects. Cross-functional teams help create our personas and feed in information about competitors. We want to get their comments out of e-mail and into Aha.

Reviewers can still leave To-dos and comments. The can access the editing view (aka drawer view) to leave To-dos and comments. They just won't be able to edit the contents of the information for Competitors and Personas.
So you have to have Contributor access? Reviewer can't edit.
Upon a closer look, this actually already exists today. You can access both To-dos and comments in the drawer view for both Competitors and Personas. You can open the editing view and scroll to the bottom of the page.
