Add Comments on behalf of another user

What is the challenge?

We use admin resource to collate information ahead of creation in Aha! including comments. We need to add the comments on behalf of the person who added the comments so that they can be responded to in Aha!

What is the impact?

Comments are added by the user who did not make the comment and all responses go back to that person instead of the originator

Describe your idea

Add the ability to add a comment on behalf of another user but record that it was added by the person adding the comment. The person listed in the "on behalf of" should be added as a watcher and receive responses to the comment
