Create automated conditional workflow

Enable ability for Admins to set up automated next step actions once certain conditions have been met. For example, I'd like to route certain Ideas with specific keywords (or selected options in other fields) in the Idea Name field to be re-assigned to a certain assignee.

    Hi,

I would like to automatically close out feature requests which have passed X days from the date I requested more information from the submitter, if the submitter has not responded.

Use case: Sales guy submits a feature request. I ask him some questions in Aha and move the request state to need more info . He responds. Then I ask him some more questions in Aha with request status in need info. 50 days go by and no response from him. I would like to automatically have the system go and close out all such requests which are in need info state for over x days and submitter has not responded.

How about a notification and status change when Ideas get a certain number of votes?

I would like to be able to say that when a status of an initiative changes, (say shipped) that I can link it up to ideas such that all the statuses of those related ideas are also shipped.  This is currently a manual process.
