Ideas Dynamic Form - Conditional Rules Needs More Complexity

Instead of building multiple workspaces for each business entity, we use the Category field to capture this information. However, your dynamic form only allows the conditional rules to be placed on the category. This won't work for us.


This is what we need:

1) Allow Admin to choose the Field they would like to add the Conditional Rule to (ie. standard or custom fields)

2) For the Conditional Rule, user selects field & fills in information (ie text field, pre-choice, etc), then goes to Step 2, but if user leaves it blank, goes to next field. A number of fields are set up with conditional rules, depending on the path the user takes.

3) We can create the form to allow the existing fields used multiple times in the form with the different fields/conditional rules. Depending where the user lands within the questions & rules, the user will be able to fill in the standard/custom fields For example, we have 4 conditional flows, however, 2 of the flows still need required fields like revenue, expected timelines, opportunities

    Thank you for your idea. The use case described here is currently possible.

    We would suggest creating multiple steps, each with custom pre-defined choice list or tags fields. You can then set rules based on the values selected in those fields.

    If there are fields that should be answered for all ideas, you can create a final step which all paths go through before submitting.
