Enable reporting on the "Notes" text populated in the Release Phase "To Do's" . Maybe top of stack is sufficient.

Can you clarify what component you would like to report on?
Are you referring to the Release phase descriptions? Or the To-do descriptions inside of release phases?
Each of these are available through the reporting engine, but perhaps you are referring to a different area.
