Add 'master release' option to the '+' menu in top right corner

Would make adding a master release easier, especially if you're working in the reports tab.

    Thank you for the request. At this time, based on the relative usage/creation of Master releases (vs. other objects), we're unlikely to add this to the "+" menu. The overall usage of this specific object is not as widespread as other items, so we are unlikely to add it to the menu. We hope you can understand.
