See all release To Dos from the Release Details

As a product manager managing a release, it would be helpful to be able to see all the to dos and approvals assigned to the phases when looking at the Release Details.

This is similar to the idea around having a report (https://big.ideas.aha.io/ideas/APP-I-711) - but I don't want to have to look at a report, I want to see them and be able to comment on them with all the manually created tasks right on the release detail to make it easy to manage the overall release.
