We've been using pivot tables to summarize our early estimates for release features as part of our planning and measurement process. We use the pivots because we can break down by themes.
We're trying to create a pivot that has a column summarizing Original Estimate and another column summarizing Remaining Effort but we don't seem able to do so and can't find any support that indicates how to do this.
It would be great if you could add multiple numerical columns to the columns section of a pivot table so that the headers can be included and so that you can total each of the columns based on the values included.

Good news. We coincidentally just implemented this capability. We are testing it now and plan to release it within a week.
