Adding totals to Pivot reports like in Excel

A pivot report that I use and share does not provide column totals, so I have to copy and paste the date into Excel in order to see the totals. This is not efficient and a limitation of the Pivot report.

I know totals are possible but they don't give the ability to provide a numerical/sum of total.
