Adjusting time view on porfolio page

It would be great if we can adjust the timeline view on the porfolio page:

1. our quarters do not start on Jan 1, so they do not line up with your defaults

2. It would be great to have the choice to see months instead of quarters or both, since we run on 30 day locked in commits
