Allow selection of quarters only for calendar columns in custom roadmaps

What is the challenge?

Selecting "quarter" or "automatic" always also shows the years, which get cluttered over a long timeline. See attached screenshot.

Allow settings to not show the year. Note the year is shown above the quarter/year anyway, so it's redundant
