It would be a great feature to be able to display initiatives in status pipeline, not in effort/value matrix (which also beneficial). There are two "modes" of using page:https://<company>.aha.io/products/<produc>/initiatives - for planning and for overview. For planning effort/value matrix is a good tool. But it will be only used once - when evaluating the planned initiative.
More often this page is visited to get and overview of initiatives and for that purpose currently you have to build a dedicated report. Why not making it optional to choose what to you want to see in initiative page as this is most natural page to manage your initiatives.
Thanks for the idea!
You can now view your initiatives on a workflow status board. Go to Strategy > Initiatives and select the third icon to view and manage your initiatives in a workflow board.

This is the Aha screen I really dislike. I'd definitely replace the matrix (btw. quite useless) and visualize initiatives in a Kanban/Epic board with certain columns. It would allow me to do much better job while I'm prioritizing initiatives.
I’d like to customize the default view that I see when I go to Strategy/Initiatives so that I can export this view to my notebooks.
Today I see a list of initiatives on the left with a chart that has no value for me on the right. I’d prefer to turn off the chart and add some detail in the epics (ie: description, priority, etc) so that the exported view is more meaningful.
I came here to see if you had any plans for that screen. The matrix is completely useless to us because we have too many initiatives for it, so stuff overlaps and there isn't enough detail to really read it. Having something like the Epic's board, but based on the intitative status, would be really useful. We end up basically doing that in a speadsheet as a workaround. So columns like "Backlog", "Discovery", "Grooming", "In Development", etc.
Thank you for the request. Can you expand upon what type of information you are hoping to show on this page? One note is that there are many reporting capabilities which would allow you to show Initiative data in nearly any way that you would like to analyze the information.
