Custom Business Model Canvas Merged

We need to be able to customize the layout of the business model canvas so that new components can be added to the the physical canvas when added in the tools. This would give users the ability to modify their canvas to align with the numerous canvas' that exist today. An example is the traditional business model canvas from Strategyzer vs. the Product Canvas from The Street Smart Product Manager.
