There needs to be a mechanism for admin users to audit existing notebooks.
1) If a user leaves the organization and had created a notebook there is no way for the organization to know the notebook exists. The user could then have access via the notebook to content within Aha! without anyone knowing.
2) If a user is simply on vacation and someone wants to update a notebook they are the sole owner of for a presentation.
This is now possible for Admins.
On the Notebooks overview page, there is a tab for "All notebooks." On this page, it is possible to "Delete" or "Take over" a Notebook.
this doesn't work. user has to be a contributor to see the notebook
This would be helpful. My colleague went on maternity leave & I had to recreate the links to several notebooks.
